Project Summary


Aerogestion provides a major decision-making tool which allows to follow the ramp up of sales on each flight, day to day, and take relevant decisions regarding pricing actions.

The tool is able to submit complete reports at macro and micro scales through a large quantity of data.

Project Description

 

 

The tool offers:

 

  • A home screen giving current daily or weekly sales tendencies and statistics on the activity

  • Graphic curves of the ramp up sales for a chosen KPI on each flight, with:

  • A prevision of the touchdown point

  • An average of historical demands based on same flights behavior giving the best sales schema to reproduce

  • An alert system that indicates very strong or very slow sales that need pricing adjustment

  • A historic of every pricing actions made on each flight

  •  Monthly graphic curves of the ramp up sales for a chosen KPI, with a prevision of the touchdown point and the objectives to reach.

  • A user-friendly interface allowing a large combination of commercial reports depending on the chosen fields, exportable to Excel.

 

 

This tool allows you to:

 

  • Generate additional revenue thanks to a good optimization of prices and capacity allocation on each flight
  • Follow and share the results of your activity at a macro and micro scale through reports analyzing various KPI exportable to Excel
  • Compare your monthly objectives to your monthly results on graphs analyzing various KPI
  • Gather various statistics on your activity regarding driving markets, categories, distribution channels…
